Shirley Hodges, M.A.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shirley Hodges is the Founder and CEO of iSPROUT Education Solutions, LLC, where she is dedicated to helping individuals, educators, schools, and organizations cultivate growth through evidence-based education, wellness, and psychological services.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, behavioral health, and school psychology, Shirley has devoted her career to improving outcomes for children, families, educators, and professionals. As a certified School Psychologist, Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), and Psychology Associate, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, educational leadership, and organizational consultation to every partnership.
Throughout her career, Shirley has collaborated with public school districts, public charter schools, early childhood programs, and community organizations to provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, professional development, executive functioning support, consultation, and systems-level solutions. She is also the visionary behind iSPROUT's Wellness Coaching System, a proactive coaching model designed to help organizations build healthier, more resilient, and engaged workforces.
As a lifelong learner and doctoral candidate, Shirley remains committed to translating research into practical strategies that empower individuals and strengthen organizations. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and building sustainable systems that help people and organizations thrive.
